Sustainability
At Ocean Spray, caring for the land runs deep.

As an agricultural cooperative, we have a long history of providing products straight from the land that our growers farm and care for. Our cooperative is owned by more than 700 growers, many of whom operate farms that have been in their families for generations. It is thanks in large part to their expertise and dedication that we have grown into the trusted brand we are today.

Community
Ocean Spray is not your typical company-

we’re proud to be an agricultural cooperative. Our Grower-Owners and employees recognize the importance of the communities in which we do business and are proud to give back where we can. Ocean Spray is committed to helping to grow and build healthy communities everywhere we do business. The places where we work and farm are an important part of our culture and we like to get involved! From Wisconsin to Texas, Massachusetts or Pennsylvania, you’ll find us involved in local events. Our charitable giving is focused on providing resources and support to organizations in our local communities. To make a product donation request please email corporategiving@oceanspray.com.

Ocean Spray’s Community Fund

Like the fruit we grow and sell, Ocean Spray has strong roots in the communities where we work.  The Ocean Spray Community Fund provides resources and support to organizations that improve the quality of life in the communities where we live and do business. The Community Fund distributes grants up to $5,000 in the following regions: Massachusetts, Wisconsin, New Jersey, Washington, Oregon, Florida, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Nevada as well as British Columbia and Eastern Canada (Defined as Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick). With these resources and the help of volunteer efforts, we fulfill the Fund’s mission to serve the many places we call home.

In some cases, these grants will be accompanied by a product donation and Ocean Spray volunteer support. Organizations interested in applying for the grants must have 501c3 status and apply using the online application (found below). The 2016 application period will run from June 21st – August 31st, 2016. All applications will be reviewed by our committee which is made up of both employees and Grower-Owners. Grant recipients will be notified in October 2016. All organizations and projects consent to being highlighted on Ocean Spray’s website and social media channels.
